SEEK Recruiter Profiles have two job ad widgets, the Lite widget for recruiters who haven’t yet collected verified reviews, and the Complete widget, for recruiters who have collected verified reviews.
A recruiter can have a Lite Widget when they have an eligible SEEK Recruiter Profile but do not yet have a verified review.
The Lite Widget helps candidates see who is behind a job ad, so recruiters can build trust and stand out from competing roles at every stage of their SEEK Recruiter Profile journey.
What is the Lite Widget?
The Lite Widget is an entry version of the SEEK Recruiter Profile widget. It allows your profile to appear on eligible SEEK job ads even when you do not yet have a verified review.
The Lite Widget displays:
Your name.
Your profile photo, if you have uploaded one
The Complete Widget displays:
Review ratings or review content
A contact call to action
A link to your recruiter profile

What is the Complete Widget?
The Complete Widget is the more valuable recruiter and candidate experience. It includes review trust signals and a ‘contact recruiter’ button which leads to the full profile. This helps candidates learn more about your experience and connect with you.
The Lite Widget is designed as a neutral starting point. Once you have collected at least one verified review and meet the relevant eligibility criteria, your profile can move to the Complete Widget on eligible job ads.
How can I get the Complete Widget?
To work towards the Complete Widget:
Upload a professional profile photo.
Keep your recruiter profile accurate and up to date.
Continue collecting verified reviews.
Complete any other relevant profile requirements.
Review collection continues as normal, including automated review collection where the recruiter is eligible.
Will the Lite Widget appear on job cards in search results?
If you have uploaded a profile photo and your agency has a branded ads contract, your profile photo and name can appear in search results in the same way as eligible recruiters with a Complete Widget.

A complete and up-to-date profile helps candidates understand who is behind the job ad.
We recommend that you:
Add a professional profile photo so candidates can recognise you.
Collect verified reviews to build social proof.
Keep your profile information current.
Share your public profile at candidate-facing touchpoints such as email signatures, LinkedIn and your agency website.
SEEK research found that 50% of candidates said they were more likely to apply when recruiter details such as a name, profile photo and industry expertise were displayed on the job ad.
Important notes
The Lite Widget is available to eligible profiles.
A profile photo must be uploaded for the photo to appear – or a generic tile showing your initial will be in its place.
The Complete Widget remains the recommended profile state for showing reviews and contact options.
The Lite Widget on a SEEK job ad is separate from live jobs managed on your public profile.
