Now you’ve claimed your profile, its time to take control of it. Creating a profile which showcases your agencies hard work and branding lets you stand out in the crowd vs your competitors.

Taking some time to fill in your profile really makes a difference, and it will be appreciated and noticed by visitors alike. 

You can create and enhance your digital footprint by heading to the 'Settings' tab in the left-hand menu, then selecting 'Edit Agency' to get started.

IMAGES AND BRANDING

Logo Image

They say a picture paints a 1000 words, so you want to make sure your logo image is clear and high resolution.

  • Photos should be in jpg. Png. Gif or pdf format and less than 2MB in size

  • Our recommended photo size is 225 x 225 pixels

  • Colour is also recommended, and if you can feature any company branding, that’s great too

  • Use the image cropper to make sure the positioning is right

A clear, unpixellated logo like below will help boost your brand and professional page.

Cover Image

Capture visitor attention with on point branding across your company page. A well branded cover image stands out and provides consistency across all your teams profiles.

  • Cover photo should display your company logo and branding

  • Photos should be in jpg. Png. Gif or pdf format and less than 5MB in size

  • Make sure again the photo is high quality

  • Our recommended photo size is 1520 x 400 pixels

  • Colour is also recommended, and if you can feature any company branding, that’s great too

  • Use the image cropper to make sure the positioning is right

Contact Information

Make sure your general email and contact number are all up to date. Also, include links to all your company social profiles, if you don’t have any it is recommended you create them, it will help boost your digital presence and rank your agency in google search. Note: please contact support team if you want to update your agency contact email.

Location

Please ensure you have included your agency location in the postcode field in your profile. This is a required field that allows potential candidates and clients to find you based on your location.

Note: Without entering a postcode, you will not be able to save any edits made to your profile picture or banner image.

Specialisations

It’s important to be honest here, as your roles and specialisations should align with the placements and reviews showcased on your agency profile. By completing your profile with the right specialisations, you'll enhance your visibility in our search directory!
